Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 COD fee

Delivery Issues

  • Damaged package: Send photos within 48 hours
  • Delivered but not received: We will immediately raise a ticket with BlueDart

Returns:

  • 14-day returns accepted
  • Return shipping fee applies (AUD 8)

  • Free shipping above €120

Delivery Time: 8–15 business days

Duties & VAT:

  • VAT is included in prices shown.
  • Duties are prepaid — no unexpected fees on delivery.

Returns:

  • 14-day return window under EU consumer guidelines
  • Customer pays return shipping unless defective
